Every FURIOSO mockup purchase includes the license selected on the product page.
Choose the option that matches your intended use, the number of people who need access to the editable PSD file and the media in which the final images will appear.
Each license applies to one purchased mockup. If your intended use exceeds any of the limits below, please contact us for an Enterprise License.
Portfolio
For personal portfolios and self-promotion
Designed for individuals, students and independent creatives using mockups to present their own non-commercial work.
TEAM SIZE: Up to 2 people
TIME PERIOD: Perpetual
PROJECTS: Unlimited personal projects
CLIENT WORK: Not allowed
COMMERCIAL USE: Not allowed
PAID ADVERTISING: Not allowed
PERMITTED USES
• Present your own design work on a personal website or portfolio.
• Share mockup-based images through organic social media posts.
• Use mockups in personal case studies and self-promotional materials.
• Use mockups in academic projects, design competitions and portfolio reviews.
• Include mockup-based images in non-commercial presentations.
NOT ALLOWED
• Client work, commissioned projects or client deliverables.
• Commercial campaigns, online stores or product advertising.
• Paid advertising, sponsored posts or promoted content.
• Sharing the editable PSD file with clients or third parties.
• Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the mockup files.
Commercial
For freelancers, small studios and independent brands
Designed for client projects, commercial work, e-commerce and digital campaigns.

PRINT: Up to 5,000 promotional pieces
One Commercial License covers unlimited permitted uses for the same client or brand. A new license is required for every additional client or brand.
PERMITTED USES
• Client presentations, proposals and final flattened deliverables.
• Websites, portfolios, organic social media and online stores.
• E-commerce product presentations.
• Paid digital advertising, including social media ads, web banners and online campaigns.
• Up to 5,000 flyers, postcards, brochures, catalogues or similar promotional pieces.
• Sharing final flattened images with the licensed client or brand.
NOT ALLOWED
• Using one license for multiple clients or brands.
• Sharing or transferring the editable PSD file.
• Billboards or large-scale physical advertising.
• Television, cinema, streaming or broadcast advertising.
• Apps, SaaS platforms, online editors or template builders.
• Extractable templates or products.
• Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the mockup files.
For agencies, growing studios and larger brand campaigns
Designed for broader commercial use, unlimited print runs and physical advertising.

COMMERCIAL COVERAGE: One client or brand
CLIENT WORK: Allowed
COMMERCIAL USE: Allowed
PAID ADVERTISING: Digital and physical media
PRINT: Unlimited
One Commercial+ License covers unlimited permitted uses for the same client or brand. A new license is required for every additional client or brand.
PERMITTED USES
• Everything permitted under the Commercial License.
• Larger client campaigns and brand presentations.
• Unlimited paid digital advertising.
• Unlimited print runs, including posters, magazines, packaging, catalogues and promotional materials.
• Out-of-home advertising, including billboards and physical campaign placements.
• Flattened digital templates, provided the mockup is non-editable and cannot be extracted.
• Sharing final flattened images with the licensed client and production partners.
NOT ALLOWED
• Using one license for multiple clients or brands.
• Sharing, transferring or distributing the editable PSD file.
• Apps, SaaS products, online editors or tools in which the mockup can be extracted or reused.
• Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the mockup files.
• Creating a competing mockup, template pack or digital asset.
• Television, cinema, streaming or broadcast advertising.
• Global or multi-market campaigns without prior written approval.
ENTERPRISE LICENSE
For large companies, platforms and custom usage
If your project goes beyond the scope of our Portfolio, Commercial or Commercial+ licenses, please contact us for a custom license.
Enterprise licensing may be required for:
• Teams of more than 50 people.
• Multiple clients, brands or commercial projects.
• Global or multi-market campaigns.
• Television, cinema, streaming or broadcast advertising.
• Apps, SaaS platforms, online editors or digital tools.
• Products in which the mockup could be accessed, edited or extracted.
• Full-collection licensing or other custom commercial uses.

IMPORTANT NOTES
• All licenses are perpetual unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Each license applies to one purchased mockup.
• Commercial and Commercial+ licenses cover one commercial client or brand per license.
• Final flattened images may be shared with the licensed client.
• Editable PSD files may not be shared, transferred, resold, sublicensed or distributed.
• Purchasing a license does not transfer copyright ownership of the original photography, mockup file or visual asset.
• If a client needs access to the editable PSD file, they must purchase their own license.
