Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
Yes, on your personal account will be visible all your previous purchases and download links.
How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase, simply add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment
Why is my downloaded file corrupted or incomplete?
If you experience issues downloading files, the file may have become corrupted during the download process. Try using a different internet browser, which often resolves the problem. Ensure your network connection is stable throughout the download. If your computer goes to sleep during the download, it can cause a corrupted file. If the issue persists, please fill out the contact form below, and we will be happy to assist you.
How do I receive the download after receiving a purchase?
Once you make the purchase you will receive an e-mail with the download links and downloads will also be always available on your account page.
My card was declined
Your card was likely declined by your bank, not by our system. We recommend contacting your bank directly to understand why the payment was declined. Our site processes payments through Stripe, which handles the transaction security checks.
I did not receive the email after the purchase
E-mails are sent out automatically and if you have not receveid the e-mail the problem is wrongly inserted e-mail address or the e-mail is in your spam folder. If you have not received the e-mail please fill the contact form below and we will be happy to help you. Also – all e-mail information about your purchase is available on your account page.
Can I get a refund?
Normally, digital products cannot be returned or refunded once downloaded. Although, if the product is proven to be defective and you notify us within 10 days of your purchase, we will either provide a replacement/update to that item or refund your money.
